I'm trying to sync JSD data with Totango (Customer Success Platform) but to do so, data is linked at an account/customer level. For data to sync with Totango from a variety of sources, you must have a Unique ID that identifies a customer in the same way across all tools that you use (we have this, a unique internally generated number that is unique to any customer, and that lives in Salesforce and other tools today). How can I achieve this in JSD? It's really becoming a blocker now.
