Hi Everyone!
Does anyone know how to manage notifications that are sent to our internal staff? specifically i'm looking for the notifications that are sent when a request is raised- The email that is sent (through Jira) does not specify the request details for us to review via email.
Does anyone know how to add this feature through the notifications that get sent to the reporter?

for Service Desk Jira uses a different notification function for the reporters/customers as for the internal staff.
