How to I reinstall pre-configured rule in Automation

I must've edited the default pre-configured rule called "Triage email requests" and I'd like to reinstall the default one. How do I do that?

Hello @Fred Lumiere ,

If you have applied a rule to a project, and then modified the rule at a later time, to revert to the default rule you can delete the modified version and add a new rule from the template or revert the changes applied manually.

The default rule from the template "Triage Email Requests" is:

  • When this happens...
    • Issue created
  • If these match...
    • Issue matches:
      • summary ~ account AND request-channel-type = email
  • Then do this...
    • Edit request type
      • Noting you need to set the request type
