Hi,
I signed up today for a free trial of JIRA Service Desk. After much hunting I am unable to locate how to access the product - its does not appear in my Applications dropdown and I have no idea how to use the product.
I need to use this ASAP and appreciate any guidance in helping me access it so I can configure and get started with my customer service issues.
Thank you!
@Alok Bhargava, did you go with Server or Cloud? If server then you should have clicked a Download button and if it succeeds it will be in your default download folder. Or should be. If not try again. If cloud there is no download you just access via the URL that is created.
@Jack Brickey Many thanks for the fast response! I signed up for Cloud. The problem is that I don't have a URL - the setup process seemed to have completed but it is possible that it got interrupted.
Now under Admin > Users I have access to JIRA Service Desk but no clue how to access it.

it should be - https://urcompany.atlassian.net
replace urcompany with the company name you provided during setup

We have been using JIRA and Confluence for a couple of years now.
https://urcompany.atlassian.net takes me directly to JIRA.
And the "Switch to" menu does not show JIRA Service Desk.

@Alok Bhargava, if you are on cloud already for Jira/Confluence then you simply want to go to the system admin area, assuming you are an admin, and click on Applications. If JSD has been enabled you will find it there. Once it is installed on your instance you are good to go and you simply need to create a new project and select JSD as the type.
