How to auto sync comments from SD Cloud vs Jira ops

We using Jira clouds SD and Jira Ops , how can we sync the comment example developer/support update the comment on jira ops will auto create/sync the new comment to Jira SD , vice versa as well when someone make a comment on the SD will auto sync to Ops - linked ticket.

I haven’t played with it in awhile but I believe the OOTB JSD Automation falls short of fulfilling this requirement. I use Automation for Jira which could work and there are certainly other addons.

Hi Jack , i installed the scriptrunner - post function seems not working , do you have any idea how to implement using scriptrunner?

I do not have hands on experience w/ Scriptrunner though there are a lot of folks that do. I can ping the community champion world to see if others can assist.
