I am able to change the colors of the Jira Service Desk interface used by "agents" to reflect my company's brand colors, but the Help Center colors remain unchanged (blue/white).
As the Help Center is the main interface to most users, I would like to know if it is possible to change its colors?

what version of JSD are you at? In 4.1 they did a redo of the portal and you can change more UI features. Look at it here.
If you are looking for further customization and adding external content to your portal, you could look into Refined for Jira, a great app to take (almost) complete control of how your portal looks and works.
