How to clone a Service desk project?

Is there an update on this? We require the ability to clone a service desk. 

Also, is there the ability to create an ITSM template from a current project to deploy new projects from?

If your cloud version does not support this, is there a 3rd party app for Service Desk that you could recommend to provide this functionality?
