How to communicate to third party through ticket

Hi,

I want to communicate with third party through ticket in JIRA Service Desk?

 

How I achieve the above?

Hello,

What do you mean by third part?

If you want to contact a user, you can write a comment and tag the user in the comment using the @ sign.

If user is not a JIRA user, then what needs to be done?

If a user is not a Jira user, then you would need either Jira Service Desk (customers do not use licenses in JSD), or give Browse Projects permission to the Anyone group or export issues to a csv file and send the file to the user.
