How to configure the button on left pain

I have simple question.
How can I show / hide the button (link) on the top left pain where it says "Queue", "Service Request", "Incident", "Problem", "Change"?

That cannot be removed. That is a built in part of Jira Service Management helping you to organize the queues.

If you really dislike them that much, you can create a new Jira Service Management project with a template other than IT Service Management. Only the IT Service Management template comes with them.
