I am trying to create a dependent fields in jira customer portal, means based on one field the next field should be change. Actually in user end we can create dependent fields with the help of behaviours script, but in customer portal I didn't find any clues. So could you plese suggest how to achieve this functionality.

This is actually one of the biggest known issues with Behaviours--namely, that they don't function on the JIRA Service Desk customer portal.

In the meantime, the only way to add this kind of functionality to the Service Desk customer portal is to roll your own javascript. You could use a custom Scripted Web Resource to wire the javascript in, but writing it will be its own adventure.
