I want to create an automation that allows me to add a new value within a custom field of the type "Select List (single choice)", when creating a ticket and take the value of a specific custom field.
1. Trigger: Create ticket
2. Find the custom field that contains the value to copy.
3. Find the custom field where the value will be copied.
4. Alphabetize the stored values of the field to which the new value is added.

If I understand correctly you are trying to take a value provided by a customer in a custom field, and add that to the available values in another custom field.
If this is the case, unfortunately it is not possible to make configuration changes (e.g. modify custom fields), via automation.
Using Labels on a customer form might be a good alternative. It will allow your customers to select a value, or add it if it doesn't exist.
