How to create separate project and portal for the selected customer?

Hi All,

As we have a different customer we decided to provide support them separately. 
So I want to create a  separate project for them and respective customer portal too.
Important thing is that we don't want to show Project of one customer to the other one.

In short, I want to provide limited access to that project So how can I configure the projects respectively.

Please create a separate project hence automatically it will create a portal too...

then manage the Browse project permission to the respective users so that they will not be able to see another projects..they will be able to see the project to whom they have browse project permission rights.

How can I configure email for the onother project? Do we need to use another email id?

In our jira user can create issue using our email also so it will produce conflict in the projects in future.

Yes, you need to use a separate mail for each customer.
