How to disable the "Atlassian, Welcome back!" splash pages

I have a new instance of Jira Service Desk and Confluence that I'm in the process of setting up for the school that I'm the IT for.

I've logged in a few users to test the experience and each one gets these "Welcome, NAMEHERE!" splash pages (see below).

Neither our staff nor students need to take action on these pages (and I don't really want to distract or confuse them either), so I'm keen to know how to disable them, if possible.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When adding new users to a Jira site, the welcome pop-up will appear on their first login. Currently, it's not possible to disable that. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Ability to disable the "Welcome to Jira" purple pop-up
