I am facing an issue that whenever any customer raises a request to my service desk email, my email gets deleted from inbox. I have POP email type.
Can someone help me disable that?
I tried finding it out but couldn't get a resolution.

There is no issue here. It deletes the email to prevent it being reprocessed and creating a new issue every time it checks the incoming mail.
