I want to show all the issues raised by all user on the portal to all other service desk customer.
In our project 30 request are raised by the users but in all request function not showing any request to the portal user.

What you ask is possible using Advanced Portal Reports add-on. There you can allow portal customers to see all requests created in the portal and also to add fields like Assignee to the report.
