How to display request raised by any user on customer portal publicly.

HI,

I want to show all the issues raised by all user on the portal to all other service desk customer.

In our project 30 request are raised by the users but in all request function not showing any request to the portal user.

please find same in the attachment.

Hi @AKSHAY THAKARE,

What you ask is possible using Advanced Portal Reports add-on. There you can allow portal customers to see all requests created in the portal and also to add fields like Assignee to the report.

You need to add this user as participant to all issues, which must be visible for this user.

I also want to insert one filed "Assignee" on the customer portal so a user should also able to see the responsible person.
