Welcome to the community!

What type of hosting do you use? The similar request feature is available only for cloud. And soon it will be replaced by Atlassian Intelligence (also available only for cloud).

Welcome to the community.

The similar request feature is only available for Jira Cloud. Jira DC does not have this functionality (and likely will not get this).
