How to extract email from Customer portal users

Hi there,

I have a group of tickets with an email field empty and I would like to copy with one Jira automation, the email information from the "Request participants" field.

Is it actually possible? How can I do that withing a Jira automation?

I believe this should be possible, yes.

Do you want this for all issues going forward, or just for the ones that are currently created?
