I am trying to bring through the portal request automatically the responsible manager of the reporter, so I get that whenever the employee opens a call to approval jpa goes straight to his manager, I was able to do this in a fixed way, using fields hidden in the portal, but it does not answer because I will have customers from several sectors with several managers, grateful already

The best option, in this case, is to create a specific list of approvers and add only the manages. On the request type, you can change the name of the field Approvers to "Who is your manager?", for example, and set is as required. So the customer will have to select the correct manager that will be automatically the approver.
On the request types, you can add the field and change how the name will appear in the portal, so it will be easier for customers to understand:
