Hi,
We are moving our Jira ServiceDesk from Cloud to Jira ServiceDesk 3.12 on-premise.
We are not able to link to our cloud confluence knowledge base, the link is not available to select.
Is there a way for us to connect from our Jira ServiceDesk 3.12 on-premise to our Knowledge base.

did you make an Application Link ? You can have a look at this documentation to link you Confluence Cloud to your Jira Service Desk Server : https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/link-to-server-products-from-cloud-744721656.html
You should then be able to link the Knowledge Base from the Service Desk project settings.
