How to mark blocked a ticket in a Service Desk project in JIRA?

I did not find any "Flag" or "Mark Blocked" button when editing a JIRA ticket in a Service Desk project. Someone know wether it is possible or not?

Hello,

There is no such flag. You need to add the Blocked status to the workflow for your issue and change the current status of your issues to the Blocked status.
