How to opt-out from service desk email approval notification?

Hi, 

We have configured email notification with an approval status. So, whenever a ticket reaches approval status, respective approvers are receiving an email where they can approve or decline the request. 

Few users wants to opt-out from that email notification. 

 

Is there a way to exclude few users alone?
