How to "Start Time" and "End Time"?

Hello,

 

we are using Service Desk Serfver V7.12


Cannot find start time (I see start date) and end time (I also see end date). I also see all the other variables, but I need these two. Trying to add them to the template, with no success. Thanks in advance for your help

First, you mention Service Desk server v7.12. That would be Jira Software not JSD. The latest version of JSD is 3.16. That aside, are you trying to create custom fields for start and end time? These don't exist by default, at least not on Cloud. If you want to create new custom fields you can do so using the custom date picker but it is for a date not a "time". How do you define start and end? Start could equate to when an issue moves to In Progress and stop could equate to when an issue is resolved. So those are there by default.
