How to remove the long text and the underlined text in main screen of customer portal
Also, I would be very grateful for an answer to the following question: can I change the question "Contact us about" and "Find help and service", which is displayed by default in the field marked red.

Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid it's not possible to edit the text displayed below the Request type groups in the Jira SD customer portal.
That text will always display the current request types you have under that group, so a workaround to keep that text short would be to split your request types into more groups and use short names to define those request types, putting any extra information in the request type description instead:
Also, it's not possible to change the text "Contact us about" to something else.
We understand that those limitations might cause some inconvenience to you and other customers, so we created the following feature requests to get those customization options implemented:
Admin should be able to change the look and feel factor for the portal
Add ability to customize what'll appear below a Request Type group on the portal
