How to see who else is viewing an incident in Jira Service Desk?

I would like to know if someone else is viewing/editing an incident I am working on in Jira Service Desk.

There are a couple of add-ons in the Marketplace that I am aware of that I think could help you here.  Check out

• Who is Online for Jira
• Issue Lock for Jira (who's editing)

Both plugins have Jira Server versions that I think could help you better see which users are looking at a particular Jira issue at a given time.
