As an example, I would like to have one report to pull, to show how many emails each of my team members has resolved in any given period of time?

It seems you would need to create a JQL filter. Once you have the desired results you can "Export" and select "Dashboard Charts". From here you should be able to choose what kind of chart you want to view.

Can you give the specifics on time frame and relevant information?

Thank you.  What I have figured out how to do so far was create a custom report for Resolved tickets and set each of our team members up as a series to pull the number each of them has resolved.  We like to run our reports for month to date time frames.  What I am seeing so far with the custom reports are preset time frames of 48 hours, past 7 days, past 14 etc., so I am working on seeing if that can be customized, and if so, I am all set.  Do you know if this is possible to edit?

Until the report is perfect, we are running these as the JQL filters, one by one for each team member  for their resolved tickets and it is time consuming (even saved). However, we have not set up a Dashboard to run them simultaneously and that might work for what we need.

Thanks for idea.
