  • How to can we update the issue status in jira service desk using api.
  • can we fetch the Resolution field value from the jira service desk using api.

You probably need https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.15.0/#servicedeskapi/request/{issueIdOrKey}/transition and then just 

api/2/issue for the resolution
