We are using JSD as a classic helpdesk.
At the moment we have a few customer request types (General IT Help, Purchases, New Internal/External Employee, .. ) and a few issue types (ToDo, IT-Help, Purchasing, HR).
We now want to add more fields to the issue types Purchasing (Invoice Number, Checklist,..) and HR. How is that possible? Is this possible in 1 project? We just want to work with 1 project.
Can someone provide me a link for a detailed documentation for my problem?
It seems like I am to silly to find something.

Hi,
Yes you can field only for some issuetype in the one project, but you need to work with the screen scheme not the field configuration.
