Hello,
I want that whatever email will be sent from my service desk should be from my company email ID to which they are raising the request.
When I am trying to change the outgoing email address from Project Setting > Notifications, it says DKIM error.
Although I have already verified my domain but still I am not able to change that email ID.
Can someone help me with this please?

Checking your domain on https://domain-check.atlassian.com/, it shows that DKIM and SPF records are missing.
After verifying the domain, it's necessary to follow the steps of the documentation below and then, it will be possible to change the notification email address:
