I can not add an email chanel address (exchange server) for jira.

when I add an email address for jira , I receive this error:

Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Connection refused (Connection refused)" Check out our troubleshooting docs for help resolving the issue.

You are giving it incorrect settings, or the server at the other end is not configured to accept the connection with the settings you've given.

What does the troubleshooting doc tests tell you?

I can't begin to tell you what your settings should be - I'm not your mail admin or someone who knows anything about your systems.
