Does anybody have an idea why I can't see my own requests raised at Atlassian Service Desk?
I normally raised a request and received a confirmation e-mail from Atlassian: ''Just confirming that we got your request. We're on it.''. But when I click 'View request' at the bottom of that mail I got:'' You do not have permission to view this request.'' How is it possible that I don't have permission for my own request? I was able to check that there are some tickets linked to your email address (the same that you are using here in community).
To make sure that you are being redirected with the correct account to access your ticket, can you please open your email and access the ticket using an incognito tab?
Are you able to see the tickets when accessing the portal directly?
What might be happening is that, when you click to access the ticket, you are being redirected to the portal, but with a different account that doesn't have access to the ticket.
Please, try using the incognito mode and let us know how it goes.
