I cannot change the request type to a new one is does not appear

Good afternoon

I have this problem

I have create a new issue type that was associeted to the current used scheme and also it is associate to the workflow schem

In request type I have created a new request type and associated it to the new issue type.

Now I want to change the issues with the old issue and request type in a bulk change, but when I try to select the request type it says "this request type does not belong to the actual issue type"

What should I do? I need to migrate them to the new request and issue type.

Thanks in advance

Ro

Customer request types are driven by the associated issue type. If the issue type does not have the desired request type associated then it will not display. Move the issue to a new Issuetype that does.

Hello @Rosana Casilli , can you confirm if the issuetype that you are trying to migrate shares same workflow as the one you are migrating from? For example, in below screenshot you can see Data Request, IT Help and Service Request are sharing same workflow which would allow me to change the issuetype from Data request to IT help or viceversa.
