I do not see an "Add Organization" button under CUSTOMERS - all I have is "Add Customer"

Documentation des not indicate I need to enable anything or that organizations functionality may not be available

Hello Eli,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

On classic or next-gen service desk projects, it's not necessary to enable anything to add organizations.

You can find the option on the customers' page:

If you can't find the option, please send us a screenshot, so we can better understand what appears on your site.

Turned out to be a permissions issue - it seems my permission level did not allow me to add organizations.
