I messed up configuring my work flow scheme can someone help me undo the damage i did?

I was trying to set a work flow from Todo to in progress waiting and done. I have some how messed up the entire scheme can cant go back!

It is clear that you were trying to add a transition to a workflow.  Past that, we're a bit stuck - what have you "messed up"?  What did you try to do, what did you expect and what is going wrong?
