So we have different clients so what we need is that when a client logs a query with our support team then it differentiates each client according to their projects: Client= cadbury. Automatic ticket CAD-01

We have the same environment like you need (currently on our Jira Server we have about 150 client projects).

Our admin is creating different users for each client (with their personal business email).

Every user only has access to it's specific customer project based on permission settings.

Keep in mind, that in this case every user from the customer counts as Jira User and is affected from your licencing model (also Jira Add-Ons).

It sounds like you want a project per client. If so then each project will have its own support portal link and it’s own email if desired. You simply need to define the customers per project without overlap. That is user1 of client1 is in project1 and should not appear as a customer in other projects. Please let me know if this is unclear.
