I have a requirement wherein I need to create a single ticket which should include multiple request types which have different screen configurations.
To be clear my single ticket should contain request type1 ,request type2,request type3 etc.
Kindly help if there is any way to achieve this.

I think you've misinterpreted my query , i need this in JIRA service desk on the customer portal not in JIRA Software.
