I want to bulk change issue type from 'Story' to 'QAlity Test' but this type is not listed as option

Hi, I'm using QAlity Test Management for Jira app. It has the issuetype QAlity Test.

I want to bulk change Stories to 'QAlity Test' but this option is not listed, yet I can perform this change manually (one by one) without problem.

There's a message under the drop down field

Some issue types are unavailable due to incompatible field configuration and/or workflow associations.

Issue type is a structural thing in Jira, all the configuration of issue types hangs off it.  So you can only use "edit" to change the "field" directly if two types have the same configuration.

To change the issue type to one with a different configuration, you should use the "move" option - this will ask you which project and issue type to go to - leave the project as it is and select the new issue type!
