I would like to have the knowledge base active but I don't want it displaying on the portal page,

I would like to have the knowledge base active but I don't want it displaying on this page when its active. I just want it to make suggestions as customers make a ticket and hard code a link in the top announcement section which I know I can do. The only way to get the KB not displayed is to turn it off and then it will not auto suggest.

I'd like this page to look sharp and clear. like the image below-- which it will when I turn off the kb but i want it on and a great look too. BTW we are on jira's cloud so I am unable to sneak behind the code. Any ideas?

There is no way to turn of the knowledge base without, well, turning it off.

You either want the suggestions and the knowledge base behind them, or you want to turn it all off.

I actually want the knowledge base on and the suggestions on, but don't want the portal page space to be composed of the KB. It would be better as a side bar or invisible on the portal page. Kinda like this:

or the knowledge base could be invisible on the portal page. Is there anyway to keep the KB on and get suggestions as the tickets are made without the wasted space in the picture below?
