We are trying to migrate from ServiceNow to JIRA Service Desk Application v4.6.0. When we try to import the organization and customer request type the imported values are got being brought in. I found other ticket that this is a known issue in previous version, but not in the version we are using. Also some of the other fixes suggest using the ID instead of the name, but that didn't work as well.
What is the proper way to import organizations and customer request types in v4.6.0 version of Service Desk?
