Hi,

In JSM in Approval workflow how to add if the user is Rejected need to show Add Comments  screen.

which the user can be able to add some comments and close the ticket.

Hi @Sreenadh

For comments in the transition screen you just need to put an empty screen. By default comments are always there.

Thanks for your response, but here my requirement is if i click "Decline" then only that new custom screen would be visible.

Approve and Decline are going to coming by default if i select "Include approval Step"
