Our service desk is set up so that each customer can only see their issues. I was asked to find a way that HR can see each other's issues. I created a HR organization and moved a few customers into the organization. It worked as I had hoped, however, I need to move some customers out of the organization and back to only being able to see their issues.
I tried adding them as customers under just the Customers view. That did not work, they are still under the organization.
Is there a way to accomplish this without having to delete the organization or remove it from the project?

On the organization, if you hover the mouse over the customer, it will show an X on the right side, if you click on this X the customer will be removed from the organization.
