Hi there,
when I hover over one of the 'not suitable for emails' request types I see the following hover text in Chrome.
"A request type is suitable for the email channel when both the Summary and Description fields are visible, and all the other visible fields, if any, are optional. If you want to use this request type, you need to change its setting to match the criteria."
Does that display for you in IE?

For a request type to be supported for email requests, only the fields Summary and Description must be required, all other fields must be optional.
So, you must go to Project settings > Request type and check what fields are optional and required and let it only Summary and Description required.
