Increase mail ingest frequency

With the transition to remote working we have a lot of users who need to make service desk requests.  Is there a way to shorting the time interval for when Service Desk polls for new tickets?

Hi Mark,

You can adjust the frequency of polling to every 1 minute.

  1. Choose Settings > System. 
  2. Select Mail > Incoming Mail to open the Incoming Mail page. 
  3. Click the Edit link next to an existing mail handler) in the Mail Handlers section to open the Mail Handler dialog box
  4. Specify the Delay (in minutes) between the mail handler's running time. This should be 1 for you.
