Instead of issue type, "Bitte drücken"

Hi,

we use the german translation of JIRA ServiceDesk and in the view screen stands "Bitte drücken" instead of issue type in all projects.

How can we solve this?

This is a known bug, please refer to TRANS-2531. There is link to a language pack  in the workaround.
