Integration on Confluence with Jira and Jira Service desk on Cloud

User have two different instance for jira and jira service desk (both on cloud)

mydev.atlassian.net/ (for Jira and Confluence) mysupport.atlassian.net/ (for JSD).

Can we use same Confluence for both Jira Instance.

Thank you for your question!

Since 2018, in order to use a knowledge base in a Service Management project, it’s necessary to use Confluence under the same domain.

So, in this case, it will be necessary to add Confluence on the site where you are using JSM or add JSM on the other site and migrate the tickets via CSV.
