is it possible that customer fills some custom field using customer portal?
In our situation customer must be able to add new date in case old date is exceeded. Is there any plugin which can enable this? We're already using scriptrunner.. but I didn't find if it can help us (perhaps with some pop up window or something when issue transition)..

Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, the customer portal does not support transition screens, so I'm afraid it is not possible to fill any fields during a workflow transition. We have the following feature request to get this option implemented:
Allow Editing of Fields through the Service Desk Request
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
Although I'm not aware of any workaround available with Scriptrunner, there are other apps in the Atlassian marketplace that provide you with this functionality, as Actions for Jira Service Desk app.
