Is it possible to adjust Customer Satisfaction feedback to 2 choices

Can the Customer Satisfaction feedback options be adjusted from 5 options to 2 options? And from stars to faces?

Why do you want to change the rating scale to 2? Although if you are looking to change rating type to faces, you should give this a try.
