Is it possible to alter the content of a mouse-over textbox?

Hello,

doing a mouseover (or mouse hover) over one of the fields within the red box (see Screenshot below) displays the exact same text as already given. E.g. doing a mouseover over the word 'Access requests' will display in the appearing textbox (explaining window) the word 'Access requests' again. (This makes sense when the text is cut off at some point and displayed in the appearing textbox as a whole.)

However in my example it would make more sense to be able to choose an additional text for the mouse over textbox that explains the already given text. 

Does someone know if the text that appears in the mouse-over-textbox can be altered in the settings?

As far as I know, it is currently not possible to change the tool tips of groups displayed in the help center. 

If you want to get more sophisticated about the UX design of your help center, you may have to consider addons like Refined Theme for Jira Service Desk
