Is it possible to configure JSD to utilize multiple email addresses for a single portal?

This does not need to be out of box. The people who will be using this setup would like to have a single portal with multiple request types, and they would like the ability to create requests by email. 

From what I understand, this is not possible out of the box.  I do suspect this is a possibility using the dark sorcery of plugins.

Please advise.

Hi Robert,

Currently, a Service Desk project can have two email addresses, the one automatically generated by Jira and a custom email address, it's not possible to add more.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
- Cloud: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-798
- Server: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-798

For now, there is no workaround for that.

Thank you!  I have a client that is interested in configuring a portal so that there is an email address for every request type, and we were hoping this was a possibility using a 3rd party tool of some sort.  

I will be watching both of those tickets, thank you again!
