As a customer i can see a list of issues that were submitted, is that list confgurable? Can i show ther if an issue is in a sprint for instance?
@Luuk Wienk, welcome to the Community. Customers only have access to view issues via the portal. They can view issues they created or those where the are a Participant. Regarding showing the customer if an issue is in a sprint, are you created a linked issue in JSW dev project associated w/ the JSD issue? There are things you could do w/ a custom field and share that field in the portal. Not exactly sure what you are going for here.
Hi thank you for your answer. This specific client raises a lot of feature requests. After a request, a linked issue is created in the development backlog and the process starts there. I would like to be able to keep the customer informed about the progress trough the JSD from the list overview. So if columns could be added to the view of the customer where he sees the list of issues that would already help, that way we could show at least the due date and the status it is in

Adding columns is not possible. As well the customer cannot see the JSW issue only the JSD issue. You might want to look into using Automation to set a JSD custom field that showed progress equivalent to JSW statues. The automation would run in JSW and when the status would change it would update the linked JSD ticket. TBH, I have not tried but and am unsure if it can be done or not but worth a try. If that does not work then have a look at one of the scripting addons, e.g. PowerScripts or Scriptrunner.
Others may chime in here w/ their successes in this area.
