Is it possible to create a "Create Request" button on the customer My request page

Thanks so much for your question.

Currently it is not possible to add the "Create request" button to a page of your choosing.

The only way around this would be to use portal or login announcements and put HTML there, but the button will lead to the helpcenter (main customer portal page). Since both announcements are being shown in the context of helpcenter or specific portal, having a link leading to the homepage might not be an improvement given that the logo at the top left corner of the page already has that link.
